We are aware of the guidance issued by the FCA on product value and coronavirus and their guidance on helping customers who are experiencing temporary financial difficulty.
We have instructed our staff to familiarise themselves with this guidance and have published a notice on our Group website inviting customers who are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of the pandemic to contact us. We will then explore with them and their insurer what options are available. The availability and suitability of the various options will depend on the type of insurance policy they have, their Insurer, and the customer’s individual circumstances and on-going insurance requirements.
